After Old Goat glacier we took the route on the narrow, loose, very steep end exposed ledges to the col. Did not do glacier to the col due to wide open crevasses across the glacier in the middle part that blocked the way. Couple snow bridges did not seemed to be reliable enough. Not the safest route for the lower part of ascent. South approach would be much safer. Up to your discretion if you decide to follow our track.
Crux is lower 5 class climbing - rope will be a benefit.
Entire ascent is very strenuous, intense and exposed.
