From car park at Abergynolwyn. Solo. Up road SE and then track. Followed path leaving track at SH692053 (further on along the track than shown on OS 1:25,000 map). Path rises through forest to a point NE of summit of Mynydd Rhyd-galed. Hence to summit. Continued to Tarrenhendre. Nice weather.
