The BLM marked hike with a minimally laid out route is easy, not even moderate. However, to summit there are some steep climbs. No extra equipment needed but there were a few 10-20 foot steep climbs using hand and toe holds. At least the route I took and I zigzagged quite a lot to find easiest route. Other hikers on the flat hike mentioned an old mining trail on the West side that I never found. I did go up the west side. Great views of perfectly laid out agricultural fields with the expected typical AZ rocky peaks behind.
