Drove to the end of Mundook Rd to a locked gate. Climbed the gate and went up the road to an east ridge. Followed the ridge up to a fenceline. Followed the fenceline to the top. Fortunately on the way up I left markers. Without these I would easily have gotten lost on the way down. If I do it again I will take ribbons to tie to trees on the way up. Drove round the mountain beforehand to see if there was another way up but just kept coming to private properties. So Mundook looked like the only way to get access.
