As far as I can determine, Mount Moses is the 5th highest "named" summit point in Iowa. It is located on private property, but it was not fenced and there were no posted signs when I visited it in 2011 with my son, Marshall. We parked on an access road to the west and made the 300 yard "ascent" without obtaining permission from any landowner. The "summit" offered a good view in all directions.
