cloudy day at the beaver brook trailhead. hike starts as a steep climb up a set of cascades. once we reached the shelter at the 1.5 mile mark, the climb became less steep but snowier. We then hiked Mt Blue and then hit the summit of Moosilauke. From the top you could see the tops of the clouds as we enjoyed 75 degree temps and unabated sunshine. Hike down the cascades was a bit sketchy due to the ice. Broke a trekking pole!
