Thought the trail lead to the summit of Mt Fernie. Didn't realize it was just a ridge - my phone broke the day before so my research was very minimal... The viewpoint from the ridge was just OK. It was very smoky, I actually didn't take a single photo which for me is very rare. For gaining 900m I would certainly have done something else had I known it was going to be what it was. The trail was very good though. Some easy scrambling near the top to gain the ridge.
