Stairs the whole way, clean and well kept with good signage. Nice day with good temps/humidity and partly cloudy to be pretty comfortable going up. Awesome views of Taipei 101 and the city. Really enjoyed it. My wife was also happy about getting Arabica coffee at the bottom.
