Flown into northeast glacier of Mt Dall (8756') (camp at 5500') by Cliff Hudson from Talkeetna. Climbed the southeast ridge to snowfield, then across onto the east face and then straight up a couloir to a small notch 75' below the summit. Reaching the summit required a traverse of three knife-edged ridges separated by two gendarmes.
