Beautiful hike, Onistri creek and its forest are breathtaking while the Funtana Cungiada's summit offers great views of the highest peaks of Sardinia. Nice refuge inside Onistri forest and we were lucky to catch many mouflons and hares roaming the slopes.
Heavy presence of cattle and many sections require jumping over fences/open closing small gates, however the herders there that placed them to keep the livestock safe are very friendly and nice.
