A nice walk from the north. Having climbed La Trinita' previously and not seeing the route to this hill, I came at it from the North. From just where the small road to Sermoneta (I think this might be closed now) begins to head south. After a slow start following a path that ended nowhere, managed to get onto the ridge following a path from just from behind the (quite snazzy) refuge, a recently restored Fascist era relic according to the accompanying sign, heading roughly south lost the path half way toward this peak, but made way past the central field. Maybe the path passes more on the ridge to the West. At any rate, the gullies with thick vegetation tried to thwart efforts, but managed to get through the rises onto this peak with its humble wooden marker and then on to La Trinita' which was straightforward even though the path was faint and forgotten.
