With a friend. From Strathanmore ascended beside Allt an t-Strathain Mhòir and then up the SE ridge to Sgùrr a' Mhuilinn where we met 2 members of Inverness Mountaineering Club who gave us a dram. We continued to Meallan nan Uan. The descent was over Creag Ruadh. Very cold and icy. Hard snow. Steps were cut below the summit of Sgùrr a'Mhuilinn. Windy. Good views in all directions.
