Solo. From car park at Grotaig along signposted hill path to Meall Fuar-mhonaidh. Rather muddy in parts. There are three tops, all with cairns on them. Highest one is the one furthest west. Returned same way. Nice day with just a few drops of rain and excellent visibility.
