Dry conditions during a morning hike through most of the Beaver Brook North Reservation and Rock Meadow Conservation Area. Don't get too close to the honey bee yard set up along trails in the Rock Meadow area. The old water tower at the top of Mackerel Hill is much bigger than I envisioned.
