Solo. From a point near Ballygeana. After climbing Galtymore Mountain. I returned to the col above Lough Curra, then Slievecushnabinnia (2549'), Carrignabinnia (2697') and Lyracappul. I returned to Carrignabinnia and down its N ridge It was a clear day but very cold with a biting wind. There was frost at all levels. There were a few small snow patches on the highest parts.
