Solo. From road end at Baravore in Glenmalure. Up through forest on path and track to Fraughan Rock Glen. Continued on path that climbs steeply up out of the glen. Up ridge of Cinnow to Summit of Lugnaquilla. Very misty high up. Returned same way. This ascent is almost 50 years after my first ascent of Lugnaquilla and completes my second round of the Irish 3000 footers.
