Great and lonely route today through these mountains on a fairly sunny autumn day. I take a dirt track in poor condition that brings me closer to the peaks. The climb is quite steep and with somewhat exposed areas where you have to be cautious. This ridge of sandstone rock was under the sea millions of years ago and really interesting rock formations have been preserved. As you advance along the ridge the route goes up and down numerous peaks and is a challenge for
the hiker Good views from above where you can even see the Mediterranean to the East.
