The hike is fairly mundane, moderate in good weather. Make sure you take water with you, especially if temps are above mid 70 degrees at the beginning of the trail. When you get to the end, there, you receive your reward. Spectacular views. Ease over to your left, climb a few rocks, and through some trees and you will be in an area most people do not visit. It is like your own little piece of serenity.
