After bushwacking to West Peak, I bushwacked over to Middle Peak. The area around the pond still sucked. Plenty of blowdowns in an open forest otherwise. The area around Middle Peak was awesome to bushwack in. Incredibly open. Saw 2 cow moose and 1 adolescent. After signing into the canister, I bushwacked down to the logging road, then back to my car!!
