We pitched tents near Bovin Lake and then went up south slopes to West Peak of Drywood Mountain. Easy scramble, no difficulties. Brutal wind with gusts of over 100kph and snowstorm prevented traverse to slightly lower East Peak. Since West Peak is marginally higher than East Peak, I guess we made it to the true summit despite what topo maps indicate.
