From St David Church at Colva up the road to the bridleway, then straight up the treeline, all the way up to the trig point to get my bearings. Then down and west to Llanfihangel hill, then on to Caety Traylow. From here south east to the eastern hill, Cefn-hir, and working my way down to the road across the two rises of Carreg Gwyn. Met road and walked back to car. 9km all in. Weather held. Great views, especially east to Hergest. Nice area, the heather turning grey now, the marsh samphire a florescent green. However, I came across at least six animal snares, one of which I tripped on. Not cricket at the best of times, but they were right on the bridleways, which is a poor show all round.
