Feli and I were originally thinking of going up Black Smith Ridge, but decided to do something safer. On the drive out, I asked her if Little Lawson was okay, and we were good. We parked at Penninsula and followed the signed snowshoe trail to the aqueduct and then turned off at the flagging to the ridge and followed it until we got to the cairn. Weather was snowy and the visibility wasn't great, but we still had views, just not the best :( It was a good effort. The previous party hadn't gone all the way to the cairn, so we broke some trail and got a good workout! All in all a good day and we were both happy to get out!
