A 76 degrees day with sunshine, in August in MO! Up and back from trail head (1.5 miles), R and I had the place to ourselves. Then drove to Shepherd Mountain (2.2 or 3.5 miles, depending on source), then drove to Knob Lick Mtn (parked at top, walked to bottom and back--1.5 miles)
