From Viewpoint car park near top of Cairn o' Mount. Solo. After reaching Whitehills continued to Hound Hillock. At a fence junction a little before the top there is a track coming in from the SE which has seen a lot of work in recent times. Went NW a short way before taking the branch that goes SW. This has also seen a lot of work. Left track to reach trig point and then the highest point which is NW of the trig. Nothing to mark highest point and it is rather flat ground so can't be sure where exactly the highest point is. Continued to Meluncart.
