Gunung Gayong for me is the most challenging summit to be conquered since there's no other way you can reach it else than climbing from Gunung Korbu, Gunung Yong Belar or Gunung Yong Yap. Listed in the 7 highest mountain in Peninsular Malaysia, the journey to this mountain can be considered as hardcore. My first summit was on 9th Feb 2005.
