Continuation of walk from Dibyn Du. Followed high ground east on ATV tracks to Esgair Wen 496m. Then south on higher ground over Banc y llyn, crossing Nant Brwnog to climb the hill's north flank to the cairned summit. To return, descended west on ATV tracks to join outward route. Solo, on a fine sunny day, but with fresh north-west wind.
