Solo. From car park at Freuchies. Track on west side of Crock closed due to forestry work so went up track on east side. Ascended from this track through cleared forest to the NE ridge of Crock and hence to summit. Found a path south. Continued to col with Cairn Hill and found way through forest that had been cleared some time ago back to the track used on the ascent. Descent route much better than my ascent route.
