We ascended from St John's in the Vale via Fishers Wifes rake, a step ascent, where we watched Peregrine Falcons flying close by. At the top of the Rake , he ascent to the summit is an easy walk. We descended northwards, and joined he old coach route back down to St John's in the Vale.
