Short hike offering nice views. No official trail to the summit, hike is through open country with some light bushwhacking possible. This mountain is next to forest road 289. To get there turn off NM-4 onto FR-289 and remain on it until your NW of the mountain where you will see a side road offering a place to park. FR-289 does continue south to Cochiti Pueblo but access has been cut by the tribe so access is only possible from NM-4.
