I was acting as a client on the Aspirant Guides' Winter climbing assessment based at Glenmore Lodge. With aspirant guide Steve Monks and Winky O' Neil. From Coire Cas skiing area car park to slopes of Fiacaill Coire an t-Sneachda for ice axe arrest practise followed by climbing Fiacaill Ridge moving together. This was a grade I/II Winter climb. Then to Stob Coire an t-Sneachda, Fiacaill a' Choire Chais and back to the car park. Weather moderate with some mist. A lot of snow.
