From Calizzano (frazione Muschieto) I reached the "Bric del Bastione" , where can be seen some remains of trenches of the Napoleonic wars. Then I climbed Bric Tencione through Bric Groppi and, following a stretch of the "Alta Via dei Monti Liguri", also Monte Lingo. I came back to Muschieto crossing a summit at 927 m close to Poggio Leone.
