Little and Big Rocky Rows were the first peaks along an epic running journey that included 22 miles, 7 summits, and 5,600 feet of climbing. Thankfully, there is a relaxing warm-up of at least one mile until the steep climbing. The views on the way up and at the top are nothing less than spectacular. Having lived 18 years in Richmond, it was very special to observe the young James River snaking its way amount ancient Blue Ridge Peaks.
