From Barrisdale Bothy with Rhona Fraser. We went up the path in Gleann Unndalain. We left the path about NM902003 and descended to River Carnach which was waded. Up beside a burn and then straight up to the summit of Ben Aden. Went east to descend into Coire na Cruaiche and back along the path to the bothy. Misty on Ben Aden. Rain on and off. At one point on the ascent I was hanging on by my hands whilst Rhona used my boot for a handhold.
