Solo. From car park at Benmore Botanic Gardens along the private road to the water works on Loch Eck, continuing along the track that runs northwards close to Loch Eck. Shortly after Bernice took a left turn to go up Bernice Glen. Where the track turned south over a bridge over Bernice Burn, I left the track and ascended to Bealach Bernice, going firstly up the true righthand side of the burn and then mostly on the true lefthand side. I ascended the hillside southwards and joined the NE ridge of Beinn Mhòr where I found a narrow path. From Beinn Mhòr went down the SE ridge over five tops back to the Botanic Gardens.
