Cairngorm Club overnight meet. Initially with several club members. We left the coach on the Dundonnell road at NH113851 at 19:55 and followed the track towards Achneigie. We made a short cut on a large zig-zag down to Abhainn Loch an Nid, which was easily crossed. Beinn a’ Chlaidheimh was reached at 23:25. There was a wonderful view over western crags shortly before the summit ridge. Mist on top. We made a bivvy at 00:05 at Am Briseadh, the col between Beinn a’ Chlaidheimh and Sgurr Ban. Continued next day over the other Fisherfield 6.
