Beautiful day with no bugs and dry trails. The trails throughout this park are in great condition and well marked. The woods are devoid of underbrush and quite scenic. There is little to see at the summits of Birch and Bee hills. The only bad marking are on the Fitch Trail, maintained by Williamstown - this trail up Bee Hill is not marked as frequently and the markings can get confusing as they are the same color and shape as the "edge of forest" markers. We did a 6.5 mile loop to Birch and then Bee and then back to Rt. 2 using the Sara Tenney Trail, Bob's Ski Loop, Hunter Loop Trail, Fitch Trail, and RRR Brooks Trail.
