First peak of the day on an out and back hike on Mount Crosby. Weather was great. Bugs weren't too bad but we were moving quick. Logging roads where extremely overgrown with ferns on the rarely done trek. Lots of ticks.This was just my type of hike! Practically bushwhacking to open summits (though there is a kiosk with maps near the parking lot, and the trails/logging roads are marked extremely well). I'll be back here again for sure. Bald knob summit had some great views of Cardigan and its surrounding peaks.
