From a layby at NN006785 on the A830. With a friend. Walked up a forest track northwards and then NW. The end of the track is not far from the edge of the forest; we found a way through. There is a high fence round the edge of the forest which has to be climbed over. Climbed steeply ENE to reach easier slopes of Aodann Chlèireig. From Aodann Chlèireig continued to Beinn an t-Sneachda. Went S to point 625m where there is a cairn. OS has the name Beinn an t-Sneachda at this point on their 1:25,000 map. This is clearly lower than the summit. We descended SE. Very windy.
