The route that we climbed was super exposed, probably the most exposed route that I climbed in my life.
The rock is fairly solid, except for on the first pitches it shares with Via Cassin. On that section the rock is crumbly, and it's impossible to use good protections.
Not too long route, but anyway it's a demanding one, physically and psychologically challenging.
First ascent, 1959: Albino Michieli, Lorenzo Lorenzi, Gualtiero Ghedina, Lino Lacedelli. These people were a part of "Gruppo Scoiattoli" (The Squirrels Group), the most famous Italian Club of climbers.
