Accessing Touch-Me-Not Mtn is typically done from a trail starting on Green Mountain. A dirt road off US-64 goes to the top of Green Mountain. The road rises rapidly and the first half mile is rutted and rough but it smooths out. Never needed 4WD. Stayed on this road for 4.4 miles to the unmarked Touch-Me-Not Trailhead near a telephone pole. TH offers plenty of parking due to it starting on a parallel road. If you do not have a GAIN,fishing/hunting license you will need a day use pass from Cimarron State Park. The Tolby Campground a few miles past the Green Mountain access road on US-64 has a pay station to obtain a day use pass for $5. The day use pass is acceptable per the Colin Nesbitt WMA pdf.
