Fairly heavily traveled but that was nice, as a novice knowing there were people to help. Face trail is steep, but honestly so is the other trail (the long way) and it is less traveled. You get to where the two intersect and it’s fairly straight and mild incline for several miles to get to the summit, then a boulder field, then a scree field, where you have to scramble to reach the top. No ropes needed. Amazing close-up view of the Grand!
