Following litter pickup on Rt 214 a small group of 3500 Club members hiked Plateau and Sugarloaf mountains from 214 to Roaring Kill PA. We stopped for lunch at the leanto in Mink Hollow where Yong Ae treated us to homemade dumplings(potstickers), sliced Kiwi and apple slices. We get spoiled and that is fine with me, cooking is her forte and she loves to share. Onto our traverse of Sugarloaf passing numerous hiking and backpacking groups out on the holiday weekend. The viewpoint before the summit got a little crowded and unfortunately the views were occluded by the low cloud cover.
