Parked on the "Jeep Trail" beside Blue Knob Rd was able to find it because it seems like it's a popular trail for snowmobiles. I hiked up in snowboard boots + caring a snowboard. It was only 15 degrees but by the time I made it to the top I was very warm! The summit was obvious. Made a few snowboard turns in the ~12" of snow and then rode my snowboard all the way to my car following the snowmobile trail.

Looks like lots of trees are been cut down on one side (not sure why) but, this provides a good view of blue knob.
