I parked north of the range, off Terlingua Ranch Rd. and hiked up an old dirt road for a little. This led to a wash, and I ended up taking the wash to the base of one of the ridges. From there I climbed up, skirting most of the little highpoints along the ridge. It was windy up higher, but the sky was clear and provided some great views all around.
