Uggg, this one is a bit of a bear! Highly recommend going in late fall or spring (failed last attempt during summer...too hot). It's a long hike, but has some beautiful spots, music helps...very pretty views. Be aware there are area's of private property, so before you wonder off track thinking it's a short cut (yes, we did), look at the map. Enjoy (and watch out for the rattlers, they are out there). Bring lots of water or a filter (some water sources, but it's not filtered) and sunscreen/hat.
