As far as I can determine, Rock Hill is the 2nd highest named summit in Kansas. Unfortunately, the access roads are all on private property. My son, Marshall, and I made a quick stealth drive on pasture roads to the east of Rock Hill before beginning our hike. I think we were about .25 miles away at this spot. There was a slight elevation gain as we hiked west to an undistinguishable summit surrounded in all directions by miles of flat Kansas prairie.
