1st day of overnight backpacking trip in Henry Coe SP out of Hunting Hollow hiking over Bills Hill, Phegley Ridge, and Willson Peak. The Bills Hill trail was very faint and seemed to cross over into private property requiring some fence hopping. No ticks though. Nice display of poppies along Steer Ridge leading up to Willson Peak. Camped at Wasno Pond. Very minimal fire damage in this southern end of the park.
