Leading a Waymark party based at Pralognan. From Pont de la Peche. We walked south on GR55 before taking a path NNW to point 2116m where there is a path junction with a route coming up from les Prioux. We continued north to Col de Mône (2533m). We ascended the SW ridge to reach the summit of Petit Mont Blanc. Weather on the summit was not good in spite of forecast of good weather. We descended northwards and then eastwards past les Saulces to the valley floor. We walked back to Pralognan.
