An Edison Access road is at the intersection of Whitney Drive and Tyrolite Street. I took the dirt road to the second intersection and turned right. The trail eventually narrows while climbing to the summit. At one high point there is a retired reservoir, not too far beyond is the peak high point, just a little way along the dirt road on the ridge. Good city views from the top and also views of the surrounding summits. After visiting the official summit, I continued walking to the newest reservoir which is just beyond the summit. Climbing Peak 1234 was as easy as 1-2-3-4.
