A visit to the Protected Taves Forest in Roxbury, NH. A NH protected Forest and tree farm sign leads the way to an old road that classiclly snakes around the base of the hill, passing streams and of course stone walls. Red painted blazes lead the way after the road cuts off and leads up the edge of the hill. The marking turn to blue and red following recent clearing and a stone wall most of the way. the top is semi-clear with some views of Grand monadnock and the long Pumpelly trail with limited views from every direction.
